JON ERPELDING – PRESIDENT
Jon Erpelding has over 20 years of ATM industry experience. In 1999, Jon formed NuSource Financial with co-founders Rod Beaver and Greg Biddle. The company has grown to over 100 employees, offering ATM/Security Sales and Service in 20 states. Jon remains heavily engaged in all aspects of the business, and offices at our Corporate Headquarter in Eden Prairie, MN. He is committed to his team and is always available for customers directly.
ROD BEAVER – VICE PRESIDENT
Rod Beaver has over 20 years of experience in the ATM industry as well. On a day-to-day basis, Rod oversees Corporate Operations, Technical Support, and Service Operations. Rod’s hands-on approach to operations and technical support helps NuSource deliver best-in-class service to our valued customers. Rod offices at our Corporate Headquarter in Eden Prairie, MN.
ALLAN LENIUS – VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Allan Lenius came to NuSource in 2010 to manage our Sales Team, allowing our ownership group to focus on growing the business. Allan brings with him 17 years of experience with NCR Corporation where he served as a Territory Sales Manager, Major Account Sales Representative, Services Sales Consultant, and Data Center Team member. Allan’s vast experience and industry knowledge is used to support both the Account Executive Team and customers directly. Allan offices at our Corporate Headquarter in Eden Prairie, MN.
ANDREA NEWMAN – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Andrea Newman joined NuSource Financial in November 2016. She brings with her 20 years of field service business management experience. Prior to NuSource, Andrea was responsible for the home theater and computer field service capability at Best Buy, and also ran Home Service Plus, a $100M HVAC and appliance repair business. Here at NuSource, Andrea manages all Service Operations including customer service, dispatch, field service, and training. Andrea offices at our Corporate Headquarter in Eden Prairie, MN.
KAMMIE LARKIN – CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND DISPATCH MANAGER
Kammie Larkin began her career in the ATM industry with NCR in Bentonville, AR, home of Sam Walton and Wal-Mart. She worked on the NCR/Walmart helpdesk, and eventually shifted into the role of Logistics Analyst. NCR moved Kammie to North Carolina to support their Lowe’s account, and then to Minneapolis where Kammie became a Territory Manager. In February of 2012, she transitioned to NuSource and has managed our Service Department ever since. Thanks to Kammie’s positive energy, quick and efficient problem-solving abilities, and outstanding customer service skills, NuSource continually delivers top-notch service to our valued customers. Kammie offices at our Corporate Headquarter in Eden Prairie, MN.
ALEX HORN – SOUTHEAST TEXAS (HOUSTON, BEAUMONT, ORANGE, LUFKIN, NACOGDOCHES)
Bringing over 8 years of financial industry equipment experience to NuSource, Alex Horn joined the team February 2018. Alex is known for building lasting relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Customers look to Alex for ATM, Branch Transformation and Conventional Equipment Solutions. With Alex, you can expect his expertise to lead to prompt, efficient results.
ALAN GORE – KANSAS, MISSOURI, COLORADO, NEBRASKA
Alan Gore joined NuSource in 2005 as an Account Executive after spending 17 years with NCR in their Financial Systems Division. At NCR, Alan worked with a variety of customers including Community Banks in Kansas and Missouri, Regional Data Centers, and the Federal Reserve Bank. With NuSource Financial, Alan is responsible for accounts in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska. He enjoys advising the Financial Institutions he works with on solutions that best meet their needs, and is particularly dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
BECKY BANTLEY – MINNESOTA, WISCONSIN, IOWA
Becky Bantley joined NuSource in 2006 as an Account Executive. In addition to her 10 years of industry experience at NuSource, Becky began her sales career straight out of college at Allied Signal, a $650 million company in the electronics industry. Becky worked her way up the ladder, taking on various roles including Sales Account Manager, Inside Sales Regional Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager. You can find Becky at our Eden Prairie headquarters when she’s not on the road visiting her accounts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
CARL ANDERSON – SOUTH DAKOTA, NORTH DAKOTA, NEBRASKA, WYOMING
Carl Anderson has been at NuSource since 2014, and focuses on security products for Financial Institutions and commercial clients. His sales vertical includes healthcare facilities, convenience stores, educational institutions, government facilities, bio-energy industry, and more. Carl has been in sales for nearly 30 years, with the past 14 of those years being in the security industry. His territory includes South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
DAVE HOLMES – SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
Dave Holmes joined NuSource in Nov 2017 and is based in San Antonio TX. His areas of expertise include Branch Automation and Traditional Security Equipment. In addition to ATM and Security Sales, Dave specializes in Consultative Services to the financial industry and is currently focused on satisfying growth within the industry in the Central & South Texas Region.
DEBBIE KORTE – KANSAS, NEBRASKA, OKLAHOMA, IOWA, AND MISSOURI
Debbie Korte is an industry veteran with 17 years of experience. She joined the NuSource team October of 2017 with a passion to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Debbie is recognized for her expertise in ATM Branch Transformation strategies and proficiency in customized maintenance solutions. DON AYD – MINNESOTA
Don Ayd has been with NuSource since 2011, and has accounts in Minnesota and parts of Western Wisconsin. His areas of expertise include Branch Automation and Traditional Security Equipment. In addition to ATM and Security Sales, Don specializes in Consulting Services to the banking industry. Currently, he is focused on satisfying growth within the industry using Branch Automation and innovative Electronic Security Solutions.
HILARY LINCOLN – WISCONSIN, NEBRASKA
Hilary Lincoln graduated from the University of Wisconsin/Madison with a Journalism and Advertising Degree. After college, she worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Sales for 10 years. Hilton moved Hilary from Chicago to Los Angeles, and finally to Minneapolis where she ended her Hilton career as Director of Worldwide Accounts in the Minneapolis National Sales Office. In May of 2009, Hilary began working for NuSource. She covers the Wisconsin territory, and has a handful of accounts in Minnesota and Nebraska.
MARK JOHNSON – TEXAS, OKLAHOMA
Mark Johnson joined the NuSource team in 2014, and has a passion for helping Financial Institutions increase efficiencies within the branch using innovative technology. He prioritizes finding technology that will ultimately help his clients grow cost effectively, while serving their clients/members more efficiently. Having over 25 years of experience in Sales and Business Management, Mark has learned the value of partnering with his clients, and building long standing relationships. FIs in Texas and Oklahoma can count on Mark to be their “go-to” professional for financial industry knowledge.
MIKE ESPER – MICHIGAN, INDIANA, ILLINOIS
After graduating from University of Michigan, Mike Esper began his career at IBM. From there, he spent some time with Central Data Systems, as well as a consulting firm. In 1998, Mike began working for Diebold as a software specialist for all marketing, monitoring, and ATM driving solutions. He was one of the original founders of Diebold’s “Integrated Services Program,” an “Outsourcing” offering. Since joining the NuSource team in 2013, Mike has helped expand our territory coverage to support accounts in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. With over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services marketplace, and having sold consultative services and various hardware/software platforms for over 26 years, Mike’s industry expertise is immense!
PAT NAGLE – MINNESOTA
Following a passion for the outdoors, Pat Nagle began his professional life working in the outdoor retail industry. After attending college at St. Cloud State University, he spent over 15 years in various positions including Retail Buyer, Independent Manufacturer Representative, and Factory Account Executive. Pat represented leading manufacturers of the largest retailers in the outdoor retail industry. In 2003, Pat joined NuSource as an Account Executive. He utilizes his customer service background and vast bank technology expertise to manage customers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Dakota.
WADE BRADEN – ALABAMA, GEORGIA, KENTUCKY
Wade Braden joined NuSource in January of 2007 as Vice President of the Southeast Region. In addition to having over 18 years of experience in the Financial Hardware and Software industry, Wade has an award winning career of over 25 years in Sales, Sales Management, National Account Management, Senior Executive Management, Vendor Development & Relations, Marketing, and Corporate Planning. With years of industry experience, and infinite industry knowledge, Wade continues to triumph in the Southeast.
