Known for his positive attitude, being thorough and well organized, Nate consistently leads by example. His team says, “You can always count on Nate.”
As the Midwest Regional Service Manager, Nate’s objective is to make someone else’s day better. “This means communicating with others. I believe a lot of issues occur because of a lack of communication. It is important to me to always keep the customer informed. This means to call before we arrive, and always let them know what we did to resolve their problem.”
Nate’s love of technology is not only apparent in his role at NuSource, but also in his home life. He shares, “If there is a new technology that looks cool, and I think it will make my life easier, I am the first to buy it.”
Free time for Nate is spent with his wife, Sabrina, and one-year-old son, Beckham. Nate says, “When I’m not chasing Beckham around, I enjoy cheering on my favorite sports teams, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Cubs.”
