Net Promoter Scores Continue to Reflect World Class Customer Service

NuSource Financial rated higher in customer service among some of the nation’s top companies in 2018 with a score of 78.7.
The Net Promoter Score is a management tool that gauges customer experience. Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a positive score, or NPS, above 0 is considered “Good,” +50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “World Class.”
